If your student is having trouble with their Chromebook or other school-issued devices, first try restarting the device and ensuring it is up to date. If the issue persists, your student can visit the IT room for further assistance.

Why can't I log into canvas?
The most common issue when logging into Canvas is using the full email address instead of just the username. Make sure to enter only your username (the part before the "@" in your email) when logging in. If you're still having trouble, double-check your password, and ensure that your Caps Lock key isn't on. If the problem persists, contact the school's IT support for assistance.
